SwingEZ Requires Proper Camera Placement to Analyze Your Swing Correctly

SwingEZ is an AI-powered swing analysis system, which means the cameras need a clear view of your body, club, and swing motion. For the AI engine to properly identify swing mechanics, the cameras must be positioned in the correct Face-On and Down-The-Line locations with enough room behind and beside the golfer.

Face-On Camera View
Captures the golfer from the front/side angle so the AI can evaluate body position, setup, turn, weight shift, and impact movement.
Down-The-Line Camera View
Captures the swing along the target line so the AI can better evaluate swing plane, path, posture, takeaway, transition, and release.
Room Space Matters
If your room does not allow proper camera spacing or clear camera visibility, the AI engine may not be able to see all required swing mechanics.

Quick setup tip: 2-camera angles
Set one camera Face-On, centered on your body line, and the other Down-The-Line, aligned with your target line. Keep camera height, distance, and angle consistent so your swing comparisons are meaningful session to session.
Important AI Visibility Note
If the cameras cannot see the full required swing movement, SwingEZ may not be able to properly evaluate all swing mechanics. Room layout, camera distance, camera angle, lighting, and obstructions can all affect the quality of AI analysis.

Camera layout requirements

SwingEZ requires enough room for both the Face-On and Down-The-Line cameras to capture the full swing. If your room cannot support the required camera layout, the AI engine may not be able to see the proper swing mechanics.

Face-On Camera
Needs a clear view of the golfer’s body and swing motion from the front/side angle.
Down-The-Line Camera
Needs a clear target-line view of posture, swing plane, club path, and release.
