How to Request Your Military Discount
Follow these steps to receive your verified pricing. The process is straightforward and designed to keep your personal information protected.

Fill out the contact form below. Select “Military Discount Request” as the subject, or email sales@elitesimgolf.com directly.

Attach a copy of your military identification for verification. A phone photo or scan is accepted. For security, you may redact sensitive details (ID number, date of birth, address) before sending. Only enough to confirm eligibility is needed.

Include your name and the product(s) you’re shopping for — enclosure, launch monitor, projector, or a full simulator bundle. A reply with verified pricing will follow as quickly as possible.
Open Box Items Are Excluded
Open box products are already discounted beyond the military discount available on standard items. The military discount cannot be applied to open box inventory. For standard (new) products, submit your request using the steps above.
Military Discount FAQ
Do you publish the discount amount?
Discount amounts vary by product and current promotion. Email sales@elitesimgolf.com with your verification and what you’re shopping for, and pricing will be provided based on current eligibility.
Can the military discount be combined with other promotions?
In most cases, discounts cannot be stacked with other coupon codes or limited-time promotions. If you’re shopping during an active sale, the best available option will be presented in the reply.
Can I get pricing on a full simulator bundle?
Yes. Include the enclosure size and launch monitor you’re considering in your request. Projector guidance is included when needed. The team can also help configure a turnkey package from the SimKit lineup — browse the Bundle Builder to explore options before reaching out.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
Replies are sent as quickly as possible during business hours. Including product names or direct links speeds up the process significantly.
Is the discount available for gift purchases?
Requests must come from the eligible service member or military spouse. Gifting situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — include the context in your message and the team will advise.
