At Elite Sim Golf, we’re committed to a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the policy below before starting a return.

Quick rules
  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.
  • Return authorization is required before shipping anything back.
  • Items must be complete, properly packed, and in the condition stated for that product category.
Nonrefundable items
  • Software subscriptions, activation fees, license keys, membership fees, and digital downloads are nonrefundable once purchased and/or redeemed.
  • Custom enclosures and custom impact screens are final sale.
How to start a return +

Contact Elite Sim Golf support with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged or appears defective, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.
  • Please pack items securely to prevent shipping damage.
Return shipping & refund timing +
  • Return shipping: Responsibility depends on the product category and reason for return.
  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival for completeness and condition.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees, deductions, or nonrefundable shipping charges.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Elite Sim Golf Enclosures — 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee +

Standard Elite Sim Golf enclosures may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date under our Customer Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping/freight costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.
  • Condition requirement: Returns must be in like-new, resellable condition, complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and manuals.
  • Packaging: Return in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  • Returns may be denied or subject to deductions if there are missing parts, missing hardware, damage, stains, odors, tears, bent frame components, or inadequate packing that causes damage.
Custom Enclosures & Custom Impact Screens +

All custom-built enclosures, custom-sized impact screens, and made-to-order simulator products are considered final sale.

  • Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of these products, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Please carefully verify all measurements, dimensions, mounting methods, pocket options, and material selections before placing your order.
  • If a package arrives visibly damaged in transit, customers must notify Elite Sim Golf within 24 HOURS of delivery and provide photos of both the packaging and product.
  • Elite Sim Golf is not responsible for customer measurement errors, improper installation, or incompatibility with a customer’s space or setup.
SIMKIT Bundles & Package Deals +

SIMKIT bundles and package deals are sold at discounted package pricing and are subject to the following return conditions.

  • Return eligibility: SIMKIT bundles may only be returned if all included products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Restocking fee: Approved SIMKIT bundle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.
  • Opened or used products: Any opened, installed, used, damaged, or activated products may be denied return eligibility or subject to additional deductions at Elite Sim Golf’s discretion.
  • Partial bundle returns: Individual items from a SIMKIT bundle may be eligible for return if they are unopened and unused; however, refunded amounts will be prorated at Elite Sim Golf’s discretion since bundle components are sold at discounted package pricing and not at standard retail pricing.
  • Nonrefundable items: Any redeemed software subscriptions, license keys, digital downloads, activation fees, or other digital products included with a SIMKIT remain 100% nonrefundable.
Projectors +
  • Return window: 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Damaged on arrival: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund once claim/return is approved. Keep all packaging and provide photos.
  • Non-damaged returns: Subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • Defective claims deemed user-related: If a projector is returned as “defective” and testing shows the issue is user error, improper setup, incompatible equipment, or related to the use of a low-quality or faulty HDMI cable, the return will be treated as a non-damaged return and is subject to the 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Condition & packaging: Must be returned in original packaging with all included items/accessories, including remote, cables, manuals, adapters, dongles, and any included accessories. Additional charges may apply for missing items or damage not caused by Elite Sim Golf or the carrier.
Launch Monitors +
  • Return window: 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Damaged on arrival: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund once claim/return is approved. Keep all packaging and provide photos.
  • Non-damaged returns: Subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • Condition & packaging: Must be returned in original packaging with all included items/accessories, including power/charging cable, protective case if included, stands, alignment tools, manuals, adapters, dongles, and any included accessories. Additional charges may apply for missing items, damage, misuse, excessive wear, or altered serial numbers.
  • Software subscriptions: Any paid simulator software subscription, activation fee, license key, membership fee, or digital download is 100% nonrefundable once purchased and/or redeemed, even if the hardware is returned.
Other Electronic Devices — Control Boxes, Monitors, PCs +
  • Return window: 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Damaged on arrival: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund once claim/return is approved. Keep all packaging and provide photos.
  • Non-damaged returns: Subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • Condition & packaging: Must be returned in original packaging with all included items/accessories. Additional charges may apply for missing items, damage, misuse, excessive wear, or altered serial numbers.
  • Custom PCs: All custom gaming PCs are 100% nonrefundable. Any issues will be resolved by Elite Sim Golf or the vendor. Custom PCs are purchased with a 2-year warranty.
  • Software subscriptions: Any paid simulator software subscription, activation fee, license key, membership fee, or digital download is 100% nonrefundable once purchased and/or redeemed.
