How to: VTrack Protector Installation Guide

Carefully peel off the clear protective film from both sides of the VTrack Protector. Inspect the edges to make sure no bits of film remain, as leftover film can cause glare, distortion, or collect dust over time.

Hold the protector with both hands and gently slide it over the VTrack skin (the main body of the unit). Move slowly and keep the protector centered as you push it into position to avoid scratching or twisting the surface.

Once the protector is in place, adjust it so that both ends are flush with the full width of the VTrack housing. The protector’s edges should line up evenly with the VTrack—no overhang and no gaps on either side.

Gently pull on the protector until the internal guides sit firmly against the VTrack. This positions the protector correctly and creates a small, even safety space between the protector and the VTrack.

Confirm that all openings or cutouts in the protector are perfectly aligned with the camera path so the cameras have a completely clear view.

Take the two (2) foam pieces provided and position one at each end of the protector. Insert each foam piece snugly between the protector and the VTrack.

The foam pieces help hold the protector in place, maintain the safety gap, and reduce vibration or movement during use.

Inspect the unit to ensure the protector is centered, the camera openings are completely clear, and the foam pieces are secure at both ends. Your VTrack Protector is now properly installed and ready for use.
