Can I use real wooden tees on this mat?
Yes. The flexible tee zone accepts real wooden tees as well as rubber tees, so you can tee up a driver the same way you would on a real box instead of being locked into a fixed rubber tee height.

Yes. It works indoors in simulator bays, garages, and basements, and outdoors on patios, decks, and backyard practice areas. Place it on a clean, level surface for the best results.
Does the mat work with a launch monitor?
Yes. It works with overhead, side-mounted, and floor-based radar and camera units. With a floor-based radar such as the Mevo Gen2, keep the hitting surface level with the unit — most manufacturers allow no more than about 3 inches of height difference between the ground and the hitting surface.
Is the mat suitable for both right- and left-handed golfers?
The 5ft x 10ft mat is the one built for running both handedness setups without moving anything. The smaller sizes work for either handedness, but you will typically reposition the mat rather than hitting from both sides of one platform.
How do I keep the turf from matting down?
Rotate the mat periodically so wear is spread across the surface, and brush the fibers back up with a stiff broom against the grain. On the sizes that include a replaceable hitting strip, the strike zone takes the wear instead of the mat body.
