What ceiling height does the EYE XO require?
Uneekor specifies a ceiling height between 9 and 10 feet for the EYE XO. The unit mounts in front of the hitting position with the cameras facing back toward the ball. Ceilings outside the 9 ft to 10 ft window will require a ceiling drop mount to bring the unit into the proper range.
Where does the EYE XO mount — over the ball or in front of it?
The EYE XO is a front-overhead launch monitor. It mounts in front of the hitting position, between the golfer and the impact screen, with the high-speed infrared cameras pointing back toward the ball. This is the same placement used by the EYE XO2 and is different from the rear-mounted EYE XR.
Do I need club stickers or marked balls with the EYE XO?
Marked balls are not required — the EYE XO uses Uneekor’s Dimple Optix technology to read the dimple pattern on any standard golf ball. Reflective club stickers are required to capture the full set of club data, and 400 EYE XO club stickers are included in the box.

Does the EYE XO require a subscription?
The free VIEW software ships with every EYE XO and works without a subscription. Refine+, GAME DAY and AI Trainer are included as a 3-month Ultimate trial, and this Studio Bundle adds a full 1-year AI Trainer subscription. After the included subscriptions end, AI Trainer and GAME DAY are available individually or through Uneekor’s Ultimate package. Third-party software such as GSPro requires its own license.
What are Swing Optix cameras?
Swing Optix is Uneekor’s two-camera swing video system. One camera captures the face-on view and one captures the down-the-line view, synchronized with every EYE XO shot. The Studio Bundle includes both cameras with USB3 cables and a 5m repeater — a $1,700 add-on if purchased separately.

How is the EYE XO wired?
The EYE XO uses separate power and data connections — a 19VDC power adapter (11ft cable included) and a Gigabit Ethernet connection to the PC. The bundle includes the Ethernet LAN cable and a USB Ethernet adapter. The EYE XO is not Power-over-Ethernet; the newer EYE XR is the PoE single-cable model.
What PC do I need to run the EYE XO?
Uneekor recommends a Windows 10 or 11 PC with at least an Intel i5 8400 or equivalent, a GTX 1660 or better GPU, 8 GB RAM, and SSD storage. More demanding third-party software such as GSPro on high settings may require a stronger GPU.
