Download GSPro And Activate Your License
Downloading and installing GSPro takes only a few minutes. Follow these steps in order the first time GSPro is set up on a new PC.

Find Your License Key Email
After purchase, GSPro sends an email containing the license key and download instructions. Check the inbox used at checkout, including spam or promotions folders, before requesting help.

Download And Install GSPro
Use the download link from the license email to install GSPro on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC. GSPro is not available for macOS or iOS.

Enter The License Key
Open GSPro and enter the license key when prompted to activate the software. GSPro's knowledge base includes a dedicated guide for adding a license key if the prompt is not shown automatically.

Allow GSPro Through Antivirus Software
Some antivirus and firewall software blocks GSPro's connection features by default. If a launch monitor will not connect after activation, check the antivirus allow-list before troubleshooting further.
Did Not Receive A License Key Email?
Confirm the purchase email address and check spam or promotions folders first. If the email still cannot be found, contact support@gsprogolf.com directly for a resend.
Connect A Launch Monitor To GSPro
Connection steps vary by brand. GSPro maintains dedicated setup guides for each officially supported launch monitor — use the general workflow below, then follow the brand-specific guide linked in the compatibility grid.
Power On & Pair First
Power on the launch monitor and put it into its pairing or connection mode (often Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) before opening GSPro's connector tool.
Close Competing Apps
Close the manufacturer's own app or software before connecting through GSPro — most launch monitors cannot maintain two active connections at once.
Use GSPro Connect Or OpenAPI
Select the correct connection method inside GSPro (direct integration or OpenAPI connector) and scan for the device once it is confirmed powered on.

Launch Monitor Not Listed?
GSPro provides an OpenAPI interface that lets the community and hardware developers build additional launch monitor connections. OpenAPI setups may require extra configuration and are not always identical to official direct integrations.

Troubleshooting Connection And Setup Problems
Launch Monitor Will Not Connect
Confirm the monitor is powered on and in pairing mode, close the manufacturer's own app, and check antivirus or firewall settings for a blocked connection.
License Key Not Accepted
Double-check the key was copied exactly from the purchase email with no extra spaces. If it still fails, use the license reset page below.
Poor Performance Or Stutter
Compare the PC's GPU and memory against GSPro's recommended hardware tiers — a GTX 3060 / 16GB is the minimum for smooth 1080P play.
Antivirus Blocking GSPro
Add GSPro to the antivirus and firewall allow-list. GSPro's knowledge base includes a dedicated guide for allowing GSPro through virus protection software.
Managing Your GSPro License And Subscription
License Not Working
Use GSPro's license reset page with the exact email used to purchase and the license key. Email support@gsprogolf.com if the issue continues.
New Launch Monitor, Existing License
Use GSPro's free License Conversion Tool to move an existing license to a new launch monitor. Contact GSPro support if further help is needed.
Billing Updates Or Cancellation
Subscription billing details and cancellation are managed directly through GSPro's billing portal, linked from the purchase confirmation email.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted to support@gsprogolf.com within seven days of purchase. A processing fee may apply, and refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Only sales made directly through GSPro are eligible — purchases through Foresight Sports or Bushnell Golf do not qualify for a GSPro refund.

The course simulations playable in GSPro are not endorsed by or affiliated with any real-world golf course or its owners or operators, even when named or modeled after one.
Does my launch monitor need its own subscription in addition to GSPro?
